TERMS & CONDITIONS: Your purchase or use of products and services (“Programs”) offered by Premier Basketball Camp, a dba of Xpand Your Brand, Inc. are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Program Fees: You agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed in your shopping cart, as per the Order Confirmation email you will receive or as communicated by Premier Basketball Camp representatives at 410-988-3583 during registration. If you selected “ Reserve a Spot,” You agree to complete payment prior to the The Premier Basketball Camp Session you have reserved. Installment payments are due approximately 30 days and 60 days after the first payment of $385 ( a non refundable deposit) has been processed. If you selected to register today, and have made the full payment, you will receive a confirmation email. We will not be provided refunds for any reason. If you plan on paying the remaining balance by check, please contact our camp directly at 410-988-3583.

The Installment Billing program allows you to complete payment to Premier Basketball Camp, a dba of Xpand Your Brand, Inc. in two equal installments of $550.00. either by credit card or by check. The remaining two installment payments (each $550.00 of the tuition) will be due approximately 30 days and 60 days after the first payment and ( a $385 non-refundable deposit) has been processed.

Failure to complete timely payment (or credit card payments being declined) will result in loss of camp reservation. Returned checks are subject to a $50 handling fee.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The agreement cannot be changed or modified orally. Any change or modification must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

If for any reason the Premier Basketball Camp is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.

BY CLICKING SUBMIT, YOU ARE STATING THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY INCLUDING ANY AND ALL RELATED LINKS (2) IF APPLICABLE YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A MINOR AND GRANT PERMISSION FOR HIM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM WITH THESE CONDITIONS; (3) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE ENROLLED WITH THE PREMIER BASKETBALL CAMP FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF BASKETBALL TRAINING. (4) YOU AUTHORIZE PREMIER BASKETBALL CAMP A DBA OF XPAND YOUR BRAND, INC. REPRESENTATIVES TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR CHARGE CARD WHEN YOU CALL OUR OFFICE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMOUNTS AND SCHEDULE EMAILED TO YOU UNTIL TUITION PAYMENT IS COMPLETE; (7) YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
